Gentleman walking his dog along the River Cam

The footpaths on Midsummer Common along the River Cam are used by dog-walkers, runners, bicycle commuters, pedestrians and people relaxing. Because of the way the river curls around the city, nowhere in Cambridge is too far from it. On more than one occasion I have seen this gentleman walking his dog along the Cam. The dog looks like a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and its lead says 'FRIENDLY'.
