View from the west shore of Lake Baikal across the Little Sea

Looking across the Maloe More (the Little Sea) from the western shore of Lake Baikal to Olkhon Island. Although the Baikal region appears to be mostly devoid of human life, that is not actually the case. For 1000s of years hunters, fishermen and herders have inhabited this landscape. Nowadays its beauty also attracts tourism.
