Tourists visiting the Bezeklik Buddhist grottos (Flaming Mountains, Turfan Basin, Xinjiang). The grottos, dated 5th-13th centuries AD, are located in the Flaming Mountains. They were cut into the cliff face and their interiors decorated with murals and sculptures.
