Man feeding sparrows in front of Notre Dame Cathedral

This man is feeding house sparrows (Passer domesticus) in front of Notre Dame Cathedral (Place du Parvis-Notre-Dame). There are dozens of people around him, feeding the birds and taking photos. A wonderful place to observe all the possible permutations of human and animal interactions.
