Funfair on Midsummer Common, Cambridge

For over 800 years a fair has been held every year on Midsummer Common. The Midsummer Fair was granted a Royal Charter by King John in 1211. These days it's mostly a Funfair, with lots of colourful rides and unhealthy food. In the old days it would have been a trade fair.
