The Famen Temple Pagoda (Shaanxi, China) is an important Buddhist building. It was built during the Northern Zhou Dynasty to store the Finger Bone of the Sakyamuni Buddha and was at its height during the Tang Dynasty. Originally constructed out of wood, it was rebuilt in brick during the Ming Dynasty. Its last restoration was during the late 1980s.
